We totally understand that things don’t always go as planned! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept physical product returns. Instead, we offer store credit or, in some cases, a refund.
Damages & Issues
We want you to love your tattoos! If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you experience an issue with applying your tattoo, let us know immediately.
To request a replacement or store credit, please provide:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
- Sale items (discounted products)
- Gift cards
- Mystery Pack
- Custom-designed tattoos
Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to place a new order and request store credit for your original purchase.
Refunds
Once we approve your refund request, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
