We are a fully integrated team handling design, production, and sales. Our partners and tattoo studios are located across different countries. Depending on product availability and your location, we will select the most suitable studio to fulfill your order.

Processing Time

• Custom Tattoos:
  At EmotiInk, you can customize both Temporary Tattoos (available in full color) and Semi-Permanent Tattoos (only black ink, which develops into a deep blue-black).
  • Custom tattoos require 5 business days for editing and 1-2 business days for printing, plus shipping time based on your location.
  • We’ll notify you once your tattoo is ready—thanks for your patience!
• Non-Custom Tattoos:
  All our tattoos are made to order. It typically takes 1-2 business days to print and prepare your order for shipping.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• North America (United States, Canada): 4–10 business days
• Europe (United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands): 4–10 business days
• Asia & Surrounding Regions (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia): 3–8 business days
• Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 4–10 business days

Important Shipping Information

• Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including abbreviations, street numbers, apartment details, and postal codes. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address input.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, address changes are not possible. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
• We do not offer refunds for items in transit.
